I just drew the panels for the image. I'll be coloring them by hand, as per David's suggestion, rather than computer. Below are two close-ups of the frames that will be moving past each other at different rates. Hopefully it'll look like you're driving in a car and 
looking out the window.I'm going to change the placement of some palm trees in photoshop so that they're not dispersed so evenly.
The sky is going to be completely color, so there's nothing to post at the moment. But that'll be the final layer.
